With 2016 looking like it will be a busy year for Team runr we will share with you a training blog about how our progress is going. We are building to a crescendo in October of a non-stop 100 mile race which will take somewhere in region of 24 hours.

Weekly - Southsea Parkrun - 'Project Podium'.

21st February - Meon Valley Plod - 21 mile.

12th March - Thames Path Marathon.

19th March - New Forst 50km.

24th April - London Marathon (nohtaraM) backwards - starting 4am!

16th July - Race to the Stone 100km.

31st July - Hyde Park 10km.

11th September - Bacchus marathon.

15th October - Autumn 100 miles.
