After the good weather we had over the past few months, we thought it would be good to find out what time you prefer to go running if you had a free day.
The running community didn't hold back and we were inundated with replies.
'If you had a free day, what would be your ideal time to run?'.
The answer? It seems that there's a lot of early birds out there!
