Orders sent via Royal Mail using their 48 Hour Tracked Service. Please allow 1-3 working days for your order to arrive.
Once the order has been fulfilled you will receive an email with your tracking number.
This allows you to track your order and amend certain aspects of the delivery address.
International
International orders are shipped via Royal Mail Tracked International Post. Please note we do not cover any customs charges.
Returns
If you need to return your item, please send it to us at the address below along with a completed returns card that came with your order. Please include your name and order number and reason for returning.

If you'd like to exchange for a different product or different size, then please contact us at returns@runr.co.uk.
You will need to send the product back to us and once we receive it, we will send out your replacement. It will be your responsibility to pay postage to send back to us.

I really like this hat but I'm a bit disappointed that the colours don't really look the same as the photo, especially the pink and purple shades. I don't like them as much as the ones in the photo which were perhaps taken with flash and so look quite different? Still a good hat in terms of form and function just maybe update the images to better represent the colours.

I love the hat, it’s so comfortable, lightweight and really blocks out the sun even during winter when the sun is low. I love the fun colours the hats come in and got lots of compliments wearing it. Customer service was awesome, I left it close to order for a run I wanted it for and the team were really helpful in sending it as soon as I ordered to get it to me in time! Thank you
