Delivery & Returns

Orders sent via Royal Mail using their 48 Hour Tracked Service. Please allow 1-3 working days for your order to arrive.
Once the order has been fulfilled you will receive an email with your tracking number.
This allows you to track your order and amend certain aspects of the delivery address.
International
International orders are shipped via Royal Mail Tracked International Post. Please note we do not cover any customs charges.
Returns
If you need to return your item, please send it to us at the address below along with a completed returns card that came with your order. Please include your name and order number and reason for returning.

If your product is faulty, please contact us on returns@runr.co.uk and let us know the issue. We will then send you a replacement product, subject to availability.
Exchange
If you'd like to exchange for a different product or different size, then please contact us at returns@runr.co.uk.
You will need to send the product back to us and once we receive it, we will send out your replacement. It will be your responsibility to pay postage to send back to us.
