Got something to get off your chest? The Better Out Than In Notepad is a great tool for venting. Sometimes we get stuck in a circle of thinking the same thoughts over and over and ruminating on things that do us no good. 

Next time you have something on your mind, write it down on here, get it off your chest and then tear the paper up, throw it out and don't give it anymore of your energy. Try lighten the load on that brain of yours, let it out.  

Featuring 100 tear off, printed sheets to fill in. 

The notepad is A6 size (105mm x 148mm) and is glued at the top with a cover. 

It's been designed by our running friend, Angela Chick.

Delivery & Returns

Delivery

FREE Shipping for all UK orders over £50. All other shipping costs are calculated at the checkout and stated before you complete your purchase. 
 
For UK postage, we use Royal Mail via standard 2nd class post which usually arrives within 3-5 working days.
 
International orders are shipped via Royal Mail Tracked & Signed International Post.

 
Returns

Please contact us at returns@runr.co.uk to notify us that you would like to return your item(s).

If the product is faulty, we will send you a replacement free of charge including a prepaid envelope to send the faulty product back to us.

If you'd prefer a full refund then please send the product back to us and we will give full refund, including initial postage cost.

If you are based outside of the UK it will be your responsibility to send back item(s) to us to our UK address.

Exchange

If you'd like to exchange for a different product or different size, then please contact us at returns@runr.co.uk.

You will need to send the product back to us and once we receive it, we will send out your replacement. It will be your responsibility to pay postage to send back to us.

Refunds

If you would simply like a full refund within 30 days of purchase then please send the product back to us and drop us an email to returns@runr.co.uk so we can supply you return address. We will then process a refund to you. You will need to send back the item to us and cover the postage yourself.

All exchanges, refunds or faulty items must be sent back within 30 days of the original online purchase.
